Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
Some oversized, heavy, or specialty off-road products may require additional shipping charges or freight delivery. Customers will be contacted if additional shipping arrangements are necessary.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Offroad Industries is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
